Greetings, I have a question about curtain end fittings. Wall end reinforcements are found along the critical wall height with the formula 0.002*b*l according to the earthquake code. and it cannot be less than 4 pieces of 14 iron. But let's say we choose at least 4 pieces of 14 pieces for the reinforcement we will use, then we can choose 12 pieces of reinforcement for the rest of it if it saves.

I think the wall end zone acts as a kind of column. The earthquake code 3.6.5.2 already refers to the columns for transverse reinforcement. If we consider this in vertical reinforcement, it seems like it cannot be lower than 14.
