I suggest you solve a semi-rigid diaphragm. Then there is no problem with curtain cuts. There are problems with some beams and floors, but you'll see. Also, your ground safety value is incorrect. Multiply by 10. You made a unit error. In addition, the closer the R coefficient is to 6, the more you will force the curtains in terms of earthquake predicament. I haven't looked into anything else in detail. Take it easy, good work.
