In your project, although there are no rigid basement perimeter walls in the Y direction, you entered the rigid basement number -1... make it -2... There is a short object warning in the geometry control, delete that object. You may not solve the intermediate landing floor (the only floor with low elevation) that you created for the stairs on the ground floor as a different rigid diaphragm. Select the tile(D35), check the "creating rigid diaphragm" option in the static tab. Thus, curtain shear safety controls will be provided, but it seems that the only problem in your project is not exceeding the curtain shear force. Due to the loss of space between floors, the relative floor offset limit is also exceeded in your mezzanine floor. The way to fix this is to increase the element dimensions; I saw that if you make all your 40/40 and 45/45 cm columns 50/50, sufficient rigidity can be achieved.
