Creating the curtain as a title

Since my pb103 curtain does not meet the curtain requirement in my project in the link below, it should be created as a heading and reinforcement should be given. I don't know how to do this, if you can help me I would be very grateful.

Hello, P3 element does not meet the curtain conditions according to the 25/135 dimensions, 1/7 curtain ratio given in TDY. The program therefore does not apply the header requirements for this element. Enter P3 as a colon. However, if you still want me to enter the curtain, it should be equipped like a curtain and the headboard conditions should be met, enter the curtain ratio of 5 in the curtain parameters or you can do as Yunus Bey suggested.
