Is it possible to create variable section plate with İdecad Çelik? I can make the section variable, but not the plate itself. For example, can I describe the attached staircase section?

Hello there; You can edit the cross section to be variable to create the sheet geometry. However, if you want to make the slab itself variable, if you are going to use it only for drawing, you can create a closed area with the route command, enter with the reinforced concrete slab command, and then interfere with the slab section in the drawings. But this mentioned solution is only for the case where you want to get drawing.
