Core values are incorrect in the report

When I get a post-analysis report, its base values appear as "0" (zero). It also determines the reinforcement of all beams as 5Ø12 and 4Ø14. I couldn't find where the problem is. I would be glad if you help.
 
Hello, TK8 and Tk14 columns are not seated. You can see from the report that the foundations are unfounded. Joints of continuous foundations must catch up with the joints of columns.
