CONVERTING REPORT FILE TO PDF FORMAT

When I try to convert the quantity or report files from the program to pdf format from a different save, I get the error iderpt.exe has stopped working.
 
SAVE THE REPORT FILE WITH NORMAL RPT EXTENSION. THEN DOWNLOAD THE DOPDF-7 PROGRAM FROM THE INTERNET. OPEN THE RPT FILE AND RUN THE PRINT COMMAND. IN THE POP-UP MENU SELECT DOPDF-7 AS PRINTER, AND IT WILL BE FROM THE FIRE FILE CANNOT FINAL CHANNEL. url=http://www.dopdf.com]www.dopdf.com[/url] TWO DAYS

there is pdf under the save as option

I say save as and choose the pdf format, it records fine, a problem no
 
I found out that the problem was with my own computer. Despite reinstalling Adobe Acrobat again and again, I still could not overcome the problem.

I did not send the report file to Mr. Levent. Because it gives the same error in every project. I convert to pdf from another computer. The problem is mine I think it's on my computer.
