There are idecadde stuttering and freezing events that occur in any different program on my computer. I don't think there is a problem with the hardware. When I open 7-8 pages in autocad, any stuttering, freezing, etc. does not occur. When I press the version update, it says you are using the latest version. Thanks in advance to those who will help.

I fixed the stuttering and freezing. My System: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 MSI Graphics Card RX580 8Gb Ram 16Gb ddr4 Ram Motherboard: GIGABYT b450mh2 PRO Operating System Win10Pro64Bit Screen Resolution 1920*1080 24'' Curved Monitor System and Program directory is installed on SSD But this time when I open Analysis Wizard, IdeCAD logo remains. The wizard does not open. How can I solve this problem? I completely uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times, it didn't work, I installed 10.20, 2 times it didn't work.

Hello, The wizard does not open because windows and explorer updates are not made. Perform the following steps to solve the problem. Make your windows updates. Update Internet explorer to the latest version (Must be 11 Version) If there are add-ons installed in Internet explorer, disable the add-ons. If you are using antivirus security software, close them and try again . Good work
