hello, my problem is not related to ideCAD program. Since I did not know exactly where to open the topic, I opened it to this section. I am waiting for help from my forum administrators. I work in the zoning license department of a municipality in a town very close to the earthquake center in Kocaeli, the center of the 1999 earthquake. Unfortunately, I see that no lesson has been learned from the earthquake in every license application.. I check the statics in new projects. A thousand witnesses are needed to call the ground surveys ground survey, and samples are taken with a 1m research pit. (I don't believe they did that, I'm sure they wrote a report from the desk.) Anyway, back to the subject. With these values taken from the ground surveys, the static projects made are often placed on the road level without even removing the topsoil. When the land is sloping, in order to avoid excavation and not to build a basement, the foundation is filled up to the road level and the foundation is constantly placed. In which cases can I compress the contractors and those who draw the static project, or compel them to embed the foundation? I would like to ask your opinions on this subject.. Also, in some places, a partial (lame) foundation is made on sloping land. again, how healthy is this lame foundation.. thanks in advance to those who are interested.. good work
