How is the table of contents added at the beginning of the report when taking a static report? Should it be put at the beginning when making a separate output and file?
Hello, You can save the report and the index separately as PDF. It can be combined with PDF editing tools if needed. Or, index can be added to the beginning of the report after printing as you describe.
