Connecting Bag beam and continuous foundation to raft foundation

When a part of the foundation of the building is a raft foundation formed by the slab edge, the other foundations are a continuous foundation or a single foundation; Is it a correct approach in terms of the program to connect a tie beam and a continuous foundation beam (not framing the raft foundation) from any point to the raft foundation formed by the slab edge from the continuous or single foundation on which the column is located?

The tie beams do not take moment, they are designed only according to axial force and they are made at any level from the base of the column to the bottom of the foundation (They are not attached to the column) You have made the basic design (They take bending and torsion moments) In such cases, it is appropriate to make tie beams.You can find the information written before about the foundation applications in the program at the link below:
