Combination of two separate raft bases

Hello Friends, Double Elevator and Fire Escape curtains are designed as a whole 940cmx400cm. I draw the raft foundation of these curtains at -150 cm lower level from the raft foundation of the building. I am giving a 50 cm ampatman on the raft that I have drawn on the lower level. so your foundation is ( 940 cm + 50 cm ) x ( 400 cm + 50 cm ). Now, I want to combine the raft foundation that I drew at the lower level with the normal building raft foundation in the 50 cm ampatment areas. Actually, I can combine it with a tie beam, but it doesn't work as I want as reinforcement. Can you please help with this. Greetings.

Re: 2 Separate Raft Foundation Combination Static Project is attached. As can be seen in the foundation cut, the upper and lower foundations are combined with the tie beam. No fitting details. I am sending the design that I want to be combined as an accessory as a PDF. AutoCad drawing. Greetings
