Hi, Torsion control in beams is done on TS500 according to the formulas given in 8.2. In the equation used in upper bound control, the left side should be smaller than the right side. The notations used in the formula are clear. Accordingly, you must either reduce the left side or enlarge the right side. Normally it is necessary to enlarge the section dimensions.
