column reinforcements

In our attached project, there is a terrible difference between the reinforcements of the marked columns in the basement and the reinforcements of the columns in the ground floor.

The reason why the column reinforcements in the basement are excessive is the interaction between the foundation and the superstructure. S11-12-26-27 columns are free only cantilever foundations in the X direction. If these columns are connected with continuous foundations in the X direction, the design effects are reduced. (For example, S11-S13, S12-S17, S26-S31, S27-S36 columns can be connected to each other with continuous foundations) Apart from this; *The superstructure must define a continuous foundation under all vertical carriers in the interactive solution. (Tie beams are drawn under the P4-P5 panels) *It is recommended to model the elevator curtains as shells. - It would be appropriate to enter the upper rigid basement floor number as -2. Good work
