Column Reinforcement Problem

Hello! There is too much reinforcement in the S26 basement column in the project that I have given the link below... How can I reduce this reinforcement difference between the lower floor and the upper floor.. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

there is a strong column weak beam problem on the lower floor, I think this increases the moments of the lower floor columns by an automatic multiplier. Look at the column directions again, play with the dimensions and it will be fixed.

I did not examine the project, but most likely the reinforcement is excessive due to rotations in the foundation. It can be solved if you disable matte base option.
