Column iron is calculated as 3.4m in iron quantity

When I subtract the iron quantity, the column iron is calculated as 3.4 m (floor height is 2.8 m), but in practice it is cut by 4 m. How can I increase the program's chosen 3.4?
 
Hi Column longitudinal reinforcements TBDY 2018 7.3.3.1. In accordance with the article, the column is equipped with a lap joint as much as lb overlap distance in the middle region. You cannot change the overlap distance. Column reinforcement length depends on storey height and overlap distance.
