Column Beam Joint

I'm having trouble securing the column beam junctions shear. Apart from increasing the column dimensions, I try to overcome the problem by offsetting the beams and making the continuous beams different in height. Are there any other solutions than these? Would this be a healthy solution? I made 25 cm wide curtains and it gives ab insecurity in the beams attached to the curtains. I have no chance to make the curtain 30 cm. How can I overcome this problem? Thank you from now

(ab) insecurity is the problem of insufficient interlocking length of the reinforcement.(TDY Article3.4.3.1) If the width of the wall cannot be increased to solve the problem, the number of longitudinal reinforcement used in the beams can be increased, the diameter can be decreased, and the concrete strength can be increased.
