Column Beam Joint Shear Safety in Cantilever Beams

Friends, in the idecad program, the column beam composition area of the cantilever beams is left to us to control the shear safety calculation. in other words, would we be wrong if we did not have this check on the console beam? how much horizontal load can the cantilever beam be? Does anyone have any information about this??? (Also, when I open this tab in a project, the 'And' value is too large in the console)
