Column Beam Joining Failure

In the attached project, the S5 polygon column on the 2nd floor does not provide the column-beam junction shear safety for a beam (K26). But it does not give (B) error in the list. You can see it if you examine it from the Join Interrupt Security tab, or when you receive a report, you can notice the previous error/next error icons being active. More importantly, when you enter column reinforced concrete and click show all floors, the program breaks. I deleted the drawing files and the drawing sheet so that the file size is short. Only 3D floor plans remained. This time I saw that the same error did not occur and there was no program breakage. The full version of the file is below... Take it easy.

Hello, Mr. Nedim, As you added your project, we added the breakage of the program in the column reinforced concrete dialog to our detection list. However, when analyzing your project, all floors can be listed in the Column reinforced concrete dialog. B insecurities do not appear in column S5 either. Note: In the project, the borders of the D09 slabs on the 1st and 2nd floors of the project appear to be incorrect. (The reason for the warning of more than 1 rigid diaphragm despite the absence of 3 different rigid diaphragms during the analysis is these faulty slabs). The corrected project is in the attached link.

We wish you good work.

Do I understand this from the above sentence: We haven't had any B insecurity issues.Or is there such a problem after making the corrections? When you sent it to me, there is no such problem because it's really.I already solved the problem with D9 later, and after these stages, the B problem didn't occur in that file either. But I had clearly identified this before. We even looked at it with a friend of mine and I showed it to him. Now I can't reproduce the same thing in my files. In uncorrected files, the column breaks before it enters the reinforced concrete. I don't have a problem in terms of solving the project, but that issue stuck with me.

The project you sent has been analyzed. Problem B never occurred after analysis
