Column beam connection does not provide shear safety

In my project, which I solved as a renovation project according to the old regulation, I cannot save the cutting safety in one of the columns even if I make the dimensions very large. I think there is another problem and I could not understand where it came from. I would love if you could help.

For the solution of Join Break Security problems, you can review the 9th item in the link below (If S09 column Misalignment X value is edited as 42.5 cm, Join Interrupt Security(B) problem is solved.)

Note: The curtains connected to the beams entered by giving +280 level in the basement are not given the upper level. you can define.
