If I need to shift the column beams and axles of a finished project by 15 cm, how can I do this in a short way? Or should the columns and beams that will change in such a case be deleted and redrawn?

You can use the move axis command You can get the necessary help on the subject by typing "Move Axles" in the Index Tab from the Help menu.
