There are 2 different cases for columns 1. For columns, if you make the minimum-maximum stirrup spacing 10-20 instead of 10-10 cm in the column parameters, there will be no problem 2. For beams, the design shear force is higher than the vertical load, the one side is simply supported beams. You can increase the diameter of the beam middle zone stirrup reinforcement by yourself until the beam achieves the shearing capacity of Vr.
