Hello. In the column parameters of the program, the maximum marginal value is selected as 0.03 in the default state, and the maximum marginantage value for the columns is specified as 0.04 in the TDY2007 3.3.2.1 article. In TDY2007 article 3.3.2.2, it is stated that the maximum pursantage can increase to 0.06 in the overlapped parts. In this case, can I increase the column reinforcement margin above 0.03, provided that it does not exceed the 0.06 limit in the overlap sections?
