Colon Application Recommendation

Hello. Is there a column application plan that you can recommend according to the attached architecture? The architect himself placed the Columns in the architectural project. When I solve it this way, a lot of problems arise. I have been dealing with the column application for 1 week, the stud beams are too many, especially on the beam on the e axis, I will need to make double studs. Secondly, I need to bury the foundation with a vegetable soil thickness of 40 cm from the lowest elevation. The ground floor total height is 5 m. Because of the slope of the land, I have to make a higher curtain than the ground floor, which is 5.70 m. Can I untie the 25 cm thick and 5.70 m high curtain? I urgently need your advice and criticism.

I think you can talk to the architect and pass the top corner straight. There won't be a big loss on the upper side. It's crooked from all sides. You can extend the lower side curtain up to the n axis. I'm not very experienced, I didn't know much.
