Colon Application Problems

I wanted to write about the colon application problems that caught my eye. 1) When we enter the curtains from the column menu, it automatically sees the 1/7 ratio as program curtains and calculates alpha s, and normally we see it in the curtain section in the reinforced concrete tab, but when we want to get a column application, these curtains neither scale nor show their reinforcement. 2) Although the number of reinforcements in the column application and the vertical expansion of the wall are consistent with each other (if there is a critical zone reinforcement on the wall, it does not hold the number of reinforcements either, because the program does not show the corner reinforcements in the column application), the reinforcement spacing does not match. If these problems are solved as soon as possible, I would be very grateful.

Hi 1.) We chose not to enlarge the curtains in the column application because the long size of the curtain can be any size. If we enlarge it to 1/20 scale and draw it, it will confuse the other columns and give you more work. It is necessary to look at the yield and the lump sum. For this reason, we measure curtains in curtain details and make reinforcement expansions and do not enlarge them in the application. It would be nice if we could identify the general need for this. If the need in question is to show the curtain and the application on the same sheet, you can take the curtain details next to the column application in the layout design. We look forward to your views. We can add the dimensioning of the curtain in the column application to the program in future versions. We are using free dimensioning for now. 2.) It will be more explanatory for us if you add an example screenshot or a project in which we can find the problem you specified. Good work

I wanted to express the problem with 2 separate pictures, my suggestion would be 1) to put a tab in the column application opening settings so that curtain-shaped columns or interior curtains can be scaled, so that we can take both tab marked and unmarked (curtains both scaled and unscaled) and copy paste and adjust where necessary. We can go further, and when necessary, we can slightly reduce the scale and make placements in nesting situations. In addition, if such a side is scaled and the other side is not scaled, it is possible for the masters to shift the axis in columns with very close axes, which happened to me. I had to see the crossed shear reinforcements and have them fixed.

Hello there; I prefer to draw one of the overlapping columns related to the column application drawings in 1/50 scale on the "I do all of them like this depending on the situation" plan and give the 1/20 scale expansion as it appears on the reinforcements in detail on the side of the plan sheet. I think it was very accurate that the program did not give details on the plan sheet for the curtain elements. In addition, in order to eliminate the situations where the axes are very close and dense and it is not clear which axis intersection the columns are connected to, I indicate the axis intersection to which the columns are connected with a sign as in the drawing below. It is conceivable that the program would optionally put this token.

1- I think the reason why the columns in the form of curtains are not detailed in the column application is because idecad only details the curtains between the columns in the column application. It may be better to detail all the walls in the column application, as long as they do not overlap each other 2-2) Although the number of reinforcements in the column application and the vertical opening of the wall corresponds to each other (if there is a critical zone reinforcement in the curtain, the number of reinforcements does not match, because the program does not show the corner reinforcements in the column application) ) reinforcement spacing does not match. I agree with Siromar's second statement, right, the small columns in the curtain end areas on the right and left parts of the curtains, that is, the curtain end regions are neglected in the column application. Of course, the curtain details are drawn as they should be. The problem is that the colon is not drawn in the application, I know that there are studies on this subject and on the drawing of the colon application, I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible. It's a very nice program, except for a few things that need to be fixed anyway, good work to the idecad officials.
