cohesion problem in retaining wall

I am drawing a retaining wall project. cohesion value from soil survey 1 kg/cm2. This makes 10 t/m2 in terms of t/m2, which is the unit of the ide. but when we enter this value into the idea, there is no possibility, it does not save retaining. Does this cohesion value sound too high? I think when calculating the active and passive pressures, the active and passive pressures, which are expected to contribute positively to us and due to the cohesion value entered as - in the formula - come out and this causes inconsistency. I could be wrong, is my thinking correct? In this case, can we get a value that we want lower than the given value of cohesion?
