Choosing the R Coefficient

Good day, I wonder if the R Coefficient is correct in the project I have uploaded in the attachment? Or Can a single storey structure be selected as R High Ductile or Should it be Selected as Limited? Thank you in advance for the information you have provided.

Hello. In the BYS conditions regarding ductility levels, upper limits are given as total building height. There is no lower limit. Single storey projects can be solved as High ductile.
