Center of rigidity and center of mass do not come close to each other

center of rigidity and center of mass seemed to be far from each other on the lower floors of the project, can experienced friends take a look, this is the first project I drew so high. If you have any suggestions for system health, I will take them into consideration. Thank you from now.

Re: Center of stiffness and center of mass are close to each other Hello KM and RM, there is no problem. It is normal for the curtains with high RM stiffness to slide in the direction they are located. My suggestions; --Resolve the building as semi-rigid diaphragm, --Fix the errors in geometry control. Unver ÖZCAN

thanks for your attention
The live load on the floors has been taken as 0.2, and the deflection control requirement on beams and floors has been removed. I don't think it will pass the city control like this

Re: The center of rigidity and the center of mass are close to each other I do not think that there will be a load on the floors of the project teacher's house more than the residence, so I entered 0.2 (except for the restaurant roof, etc.). I took your suggestions into account in the beam and floor deflection control, thank you
