Cassette floors minimum requirements

Hello. In the cassette reports, it is written that the maximum clearance between the cassette ribs should be 70 cm. Is there such a rule?

Re: Cassette slabs see: ts500 11.3.1 : Slabs consisting of beams and a thin slab whose free spacing does not exceed 700 mm are defined as toothed slabs. In this type of flooring, the gap between the teeth can be left or filled with non-bearing filling material. Hollow concrete briquette, hollow terracotta or similar lightweight material should be used as filling material, Figure 11.1.

Re: Cassette slabs this post of yours is valid for toothed slabs running in one direction, cassette slabs work in two directions

Re: Cassette floors Hello, In TS 500 11.5, it is said that the general principles given in Section 11.3 can also be used for gear floors operating in two directions. Good work

Re: Cassette slabs Hello, although it is written in 11.5 of the Regulation that the same rules apply for geared slabs operating in both directions, in practice cassette sizes are used between 100 and 125 cm at most. I don't know if our reinforced concrete regulations will be updated, but I did not fall below 100 cm in the cassette-floored buildings I built, and they all passed.

Re: Cassette tiles Hello; As can be seen in the attached picture, although there are cassette slab moldings in many different sizes in the market, rib beams are designed with an angle so that the slab free openings do not exceed 70 cm. While calculations are not made for slab pieces with free openings not exceeding 70 cm, calculations must be made one by one for slab pieces with free openings exceeding 70 cm. By calculation we mean slab calculation, in any case calculation is made for rib beams. Best regards...

Re: Cassette floors If you solve semi-rigid floors and equip the floor to meet the top and bottom Aces given by the program, you may ignore the 70 cm condition.

Re: cassette floors Hello, TS 500 11.3.1. According to the law, the thickness of the plate cannot be less than 1/10 of the distance between two teeth in cassette floors.
