CANNOT SOLVE THE SYSTEM ON LOADING "Modal".

I entered the data of a 6-floor project. When I start the analysis alone, I get an error saying SYSTEM CANNOT BE SOLVE ON "Modal" LOAD. I would appreciate it if you could tell me where I went wrong.
 
Hello, In Modal analysis, the system cannot be resolved message indicates that the frame model was not created properly. Check the geometry in your project, check whether the vertical elements in the 3D frame are continuous, see if there are beam elements with zero span in your model. If you can't find it, add the project to the message and we'll try to help. Good work...
