I examined your project, let me start from the elevator shaft. You gave a 150 cm lower level, but I think it would be better if that floor hit the column, and it would be a more useful and comfortable solution if you defined 25/175 curtains instead of 25/170 columns. You can evaluate it from the architecture as if you have a dead curtain column that does not transfer load. If you can divide the right and left floors with a beam in the middle, it will be healthier. There is an opening exceeding 6m. You should not mark the curtains as both sub-basement and you have accepted it as rigid in both directions. It is not a mistake, but there can be huge differences in curtain cutting control
