Can I Work on ideCAD with Macbook..

Hello everyone, first of all, I'm thinking of buying an Apple Macbook, I wonder if Idecad, autocad etc. Can I install programs? If installed, can it be played comfortably? Are there any users? Crazy questions in my mind?? I would really appreciate if you could help.
