In which cases can we change the calculation reinforcement tolerance? It says it can be up to 5%. so does this mean that 5% missing iron will be put in the building? If so why do we need it?
 
Calculation reinforcement and section control tolerance is at the discretion of the engineer. The analysis results are tolerated at the rate of the value entered here. The program has been added upon request. For example, you had an analysis done in your project without entering calculation reinforcement and section control tolerance. As a result of the analysis, there is a Join Security (B) problem in some columns. The values of And and Vmax are very close to each other. In this case, if the tolerance value is entered using the initiative and the analysis is made again, B problem can be solved in the related elements. If the tolerance ratios do not want to affect other element results, the reinforcements can be fixed by marking the Ds columns in the Reinforced Concrete dialogs after the first analysis.
 
Frankly, it didn't make much sense to me. Why would they make such a request? I don't understand why they are reducing the equipment in the account, but anyway..
