C20 and C25 concrete grade comparison

I analyzed a project with both concrete grades C20 and C25 without changing the concrete sections. Contrary to expectations, as can be seen in the attached excel table: 1- Increases occurred in column stirrups 2- Beam additional reinforcements. Waiting for your valuable comments. Note: Even though I compressed the project, I couldn't add it because it is larger than 10 MB Operating system XP; Version: 7.018
 
Hello, I don't have a chance to open and review the project. However, the answer to the question you asked is in DBYBHY 2007 article 3.3.4.1. Due to the ductility condition, the amount of stirrups increases as the concrete strength increases.

Additional As a result, the minimum tension zone reinforcement of the beam cannot be less than 0.8*fctd/fyd (7.3) in TS 500. That is, as the concrete class increases, the minimum tension zone reinforcement ratio of the beam increases as well...
