Building Use Class

Hello, according to the new earthquake regulation, "Building Class" is divided into three groups. In school-type buildings, it is classified as BKS=1. The administrative building and classroom buildings of a school, especially in university buildings, are sometimes built separately. Can we consider BKS=2 or BKS=3 for the administrative part (consisting of administrative staff and teacher rooms). In parallel, which BKS should be accepted for any public institution building. I ask for your help, I wish everyone a good work.

Hello. My idea should be in the building class (BKS=1) that should be used after the earthquake. Unver Ozcan

Hello there. BKS: 1 as public buildings are necessary for the functioning of the state. BKS: 1 in educational buildings, regardless of the purpose of use of independent buildings. If the administrative buildings are damaged (controlled damage) in a place intended to be used uninterruptedly after the earthquake, the education is interrupted. Therefore it is a whole.
