Hello, I am having a problem with a project I am working on. When the building importance factor is 1, there is not much problem in the building, but when it is 1.5, I could not get out of it. There is a lot of reinforcement in the columns. I'm waiting for your help, what am I doing wrong?

Hello, you wrote that even when the building importance factor is 1, you wrote that there is no problem... There are beams with insufficient shear safety, columns and beams exceeding the maximum pursantage. You have insufficient stapling, insufficiently equipped elements. While the building importance factor is 1, there are many problems in your building.. .Increasing the building importance factor by 1.5 times means increasing earthquake loads by 1.5 times. Accordingly, you need to strengthen the load-bearing system by 1.5 times. The load-bearing system of the building is insufficient. Note: It is important to correct the errors in geometry control. Especially the message about rib typical tooth continuity is rib affects the tiling calculation.

Here I can fix them with the necessary interventions, but I couldn't fix the other system rigidity part, I think it gives many and local unnecessary reinforcements in the columns, this is the 2nd time I'm remodeling, I solve the problems in other issues, but as I said, I couldn't cope with these two problems. Could the building importance coefficients of tax offices not be 1.5? After all, it is not a structure that will not produce explosives, nor will it provide firefighters or health services, and it is not a structure that will require emergency intervention, but I could not get out of the work.
