Building codes and stair code fitting?

Friends, there is a small village project, ground + 1 floor. How can we make building codes? I have included the architecture of the project in the appendix. It seems that the building is standing at + 0.50, I tried to set some codes, I guess it didn't work. I made the changes from the floor general settings. As the architecture appears on the staircase, it must start from 0 and lead to the entrance of the building...

The natural elevations of the land are important here, in what we call frost depth in buildings without basements, so here you will probably need to create a basement floor. In the separate design, the beams should be continuous and you should pass beams through the Y. room.
