Hello. I have a project with a total of 18 floors, 14 of which are normal, ground, mezzanine and 2 basement floors. This is the first time I will design such a tall building. With my modal analysis, the period of the structure was 2.31 seconds. Is this too much time? one of my questions would be about the raft foundation. Would it be a problem for the middle curtain if I cut the raft between the curtain for the elevator shaft? For now, I have left gaps of 1.50 m wide for the wells. this width can also be reduced to 1 meter. project link :

The period seems a bit too much, but we have to look at the actual relative floor drifts...

I agree with you, dear proisa. So, do you think it's right for me to tear the raft flooring in this way? the part where the elevator curtains are located.
