BRAIDED RADIATE MAINLY MOVING LOAD FACTOR

Hello, I have just started using the ideCAD program. The current version I have v5.511 is how we determine the live load when creating a raft-free raft foundation. When I try to create a raft foundation in a structure with 5+basements, it sets Q=-1890 without touching the floor settings. When I look at the foundations of several similar projects implemented in the market, values such as +200, +450,-450 live load are taken. I wonder if I should use the value assigned by the program without changing it, and how is the (+), (-) in the live load determined? I would be glad if you help.

Hello, I think you have made rafter raft foundation design in your project. After the analysis, the G and Q values written on the raft slab in the basic settings (and on the screen) are the stress values of the fixed and live load of the relevant slab. The program calculates these values after analysis. When you enter the mat tile properties, it says - on the Q line, it is a display-related condition. If we look at the raft basic reports, it is seen that these values are +. Good work

Mr. civilng Depending on the purpose of use of the space where your raft foundation flooring is located, you can give the live load just like the floors of the upper floors. (such as 200kg/m2, 500kg/m2)
