Bearing force or ground safety stress?

I have soil improvement in my application project and we made improvement and then we did a plate loading experiment. On the result sheet it says qemin=2.5 kg/cm2 found, this is calculated as Gs=3. What is the bearing capacity value we entered when entering the ground values in ide v10, for example, the ground bearing capacity of my another project was solved as qt=35 tf/m2. What value is this qt. I am very confused and I don't know how and what to use the value obtained after the plate loading test.
