Help from where and how to draw the red lines that can be seen in the plugin I sent below.

You can draw using the tile edge command, you don't need to draw the red lines there and draw that way. eg; Select the A-9 axis by defining the local point, that point becomes the 0;0 point, enter the coordinates you want ( x=50 y=50) I think you can easily make the outer lines of the foundation after determining the starting point.
