However, as far as I understood from article 7.6.1.3 in the regulation, I perceived this as a condition, not a mandatory condition. Or am I misunderstanding, I don't know. In addition, it is stated in the same article that it will be applied at ground floor level in buildings with rigid basements and at the upper level of foundation in other buildings. When I add curtains up to the ground floor, it gives an error on the "Screen Ratio Control" page on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. This error is shown for reference only, right?

It would be appropriate to arrange the reinforcement type as flat reinforcement at the top + bottom.
