Can't we make the k01 beam in the figure on the curtain as in the column?

It does not define the beams to pass over the panels. Since the panel object has two nodes, the K01 beam must be connected to the P01 panel from the upper node. Anchor reinforcement lengths are the same for both beams in beam expansions.
