Beam shear safety

In a building with a raft base of 70 cm and a ground floor height of 4.00 m, it gives an error of shear safety and insufficient reinforcement on one beam, and it does not give this error on the upper floors (4 floors) with a floor height of 2.80 m. What could be the reason. In the 3D picture, a trace appears as if it's black, I couldn't find the error. Good luck with.
