Beam ndmax and raft reinforcement failure error

guys, good work, I have two separate projects in my hand, I did not enter the basement curtains, because the terrain elevations are not clear, I get nmax errors on the beams around the stairs when I enter the basement curtains completely in my 1- 3+1 project. project link-->

SECRET STRIPE MY SUGGESTION: APPENDIX: As seen in the MOLD PLAN; --If there is a space at the bottom when giving a sub-basement curtain, it should be like figure 2, (if it is as you have given, the upper beam and the sub-basement curtain reinforcement at the bottom will not be combined in the drawing. ATTACHMENT: curtain opening) -- Sub-base curtains should be like the floor curtain (at floor height) as in figure 1, --you don't need to put beams on the curtain, take it easy Unver ÖZCAN
 
sn unver, thank you for your interest, as you said, I built the basement curtain completely and tried it, but still got the same problem. I ended up with a different solution---I think the error was due to the partitioning of the upper panel beams of the basement curtains again 3+1
