Beam fastening problem

Hello, There is a plan like in the Attic in Architecture Project. I went around the floors with beams, but I was told that these beams can cause problems in transportation. What kind of analysis should I do, how would I connect the beams, would it be healthier or would it be better for me to lay consoles? Project Link:
