beam error in report

hello friends, good luck to everyone, good luck. When getting a report in my project, 0000000 appears on the beam and gives an error. What could be the reason and how can it be fixed? I took a screenshot, I'm attaching it, if you can help me, I would be very grateful

K17 and check the loads of the K19 beams and the floor connections.If you add the project we can look at the problem.

when updating was done, some column beam slabs had errors, I guess, did you see any problems in my project, similar to this?
