Beam deflection problem

Only one beam gives this problem, other beams with the same criteria do not give this problem. I examined the analysis results, but I could not get out of the work. I increased the pressure reinforcement of the 2 beams that gave this problem and solved it, but I wanted to consult for this beam to see if there could be a calculation error.

158 cm 30/30 cantilever beam looks normal. You don't have to make the beam as much as the rib height. You can make it deeper. If you enter the beam size 25/50, deflection control is provided. You also meet the height requirement that does not require TS500 deflection calculation.

Which beams do you think meet the same criteria? If you write the names we can write a full response.

The same beam on the lower floor does not give a deflection problem, Mr. Hakan, or there are cantilever beams on the 2 lower floors on the 3 floors, 1 floor did not give that error, the loadings etc were always the same. We won't do it either, thanks in advance Mr. Hakan

The length of the beam on the faulty floor is 1.58 , the length of the beam on the lower floor is 1.38 m. The lower beam meets the TS500 ln/5 height requirement, which does not require deflection calculation. Since the deflection control of the beams meeting this condition is marked in the beam settings, the program did not perform a deflection control for the beam on the lower floor. When we remove the condition, we see that the beam does not meet the deflection requirement .
