beam cross section and excessive reinforcement problem

hello.. Concrete 30 was used in the Ektek project and 8 floors in total with the basement. After the project analysis, I get the error of insufficient cross-section in 3-4 beams. And after enlarging the sections and analyzing, I still encounter the same error. I wonder where is the problem. I am waiting for your help in this regard, thanks in advance. Good work..
