Basement, partly covered with curtains

hello 1) a part of the basement of the building is surrounded by curtains and those parts are under the ground. In this case, should rigid-x and rigid-y be active in the basement in the building? 2) Except for the curtains surrounding a part of the basement, there are only y-direction curtains that continue to the upper floors. In this case, it would be appropriate to choose (R(x)=8 A11) ( R(y)=7 A15) Ry 7 should be selected. 3) Should basement curtains be modeled as shells? and if it is modeled like this, should the basement screen be marked to continue to the upper floors? 4) The number of reinforcements in the columns surrounded by curtains in the basement floor is too high, this is logical. 5) How can I eliminate the relative story drift. please help, keep up the good work.

1. The conditions for being a rigid basement are given in TBDY 2018 Articles 3.3.1.1a and b. Examine the relevant article in the regulation. (Whether or not the TBDY item 3.3.1.1b condition control is provided in the program is given in the dynamic analysis report.) If the 2nd floor is accepted as a rigid basement, A15 is not taken into account for these walls only. If you have curtains that continue throughout the entire floor above the rigid basement, you can get A15. 3. Yes, it should be modeled as a shell (see TBDY 2018 Article 4.5.5.2). It is not obligatory to mark the basement curtain walls that do not continue to the upper floors. It doesn't matter if we mark it or not. 4. Depends on your system. However, the bending moment of the column in the basement floor is generally taken by the basement walls, the column is more negative on the floor just above it. Column reinforced concrete is made on common support. Examine the design effects of the column. These links will help you to answer your question.

5. You can provide relative floor drift controls by increasing the column dimensions by adding columns and/or curtains in the appropriate and needed direction.

Hello Mr. Hakan, I had to re-analyze the project that I analyzed before in the last version due to the changes to be made, I cannot fix the errors (especially the raft reinforcement insufficient error) can you help me?
